3 Large Eggs
1/4/ Teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
60g of Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon of White Sugar
Chef's Tip
Always wash your hands very well before cooking or baking.
Cloud bread is a keto-friendly alternative for bread to make sandwiches. It can even be used as a base for a mini pizza or an English muffin for an eggs benedict.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C
Step 2
Eggs: Using 2 large bowls, separate the yolks from the whites - you will be adding ingredients to both bowls.
Step 3
In the bowl with the egg whites, add the Cream of Tartar and beat with an electric whisk until you get stiff peaks.
Step 4
In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the cream cheese and sugar. Whisk it all together until smooth.
Step 5
Fold the egg whites into the bowl with the egg yolks and cream cheese. Don't beat it, you want to keep as much air in the mix as possible! Fold it gently.
Step 5
Scoop the mixture into rounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 6
Bake until lightly browned - Around 30 minutes.
Step 7
Take the cloud bread out of the oven and let them cool!
