event instructions
These instructions are important for the safety of all involved.
Please read them carefully.
1. arrange access
Please arrange for access to the venue two hours before the start of the event.
For example, if your show starts at 9.00am, please arrange access from 7.00am.
If reception isn't open, please let the site team know to expect us.
2. timings on the day
If you have booked more than one event in a day, please allow 45 minutes between each event for us to clean and reset the equipment.
3. aFTER THE event
The event involves live cooking and does create washing up.
We don't expect you to do this, but please arrange access to washing up facilities, ideally in the canteen’s washing up area.
(we are trained Chefs, and fully trained on equipment use)

Many of our bookings come from referrals or word of mouth.
We love that our clients share The Restaurant Rivals event with others!
We would be very grateful if you shared our event with others in Facebook Teacher Groups, or with other Schools.

Allergen safety statement
The ingredients we use in the event have been prepared to eliminate most common food allergens.
In the event we do not use milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, fish, shellfish, or sesame.
We do occasionally use Soy Sauce (Gluten free).
Our chefs don't know your students and staff like you do, and so please be aware of any students or staff with allergies that may be asked to participate in the event.
Please let our team know of any severe allergies.
There will be up to 12 participants cooking in the final stage of the event, and also many tasters. Our teams will clearly say that if anyone has any allergies at all, that they shouldn't taste the food that has been cooked.
Please be aware of any who have allergies.
NOTE: Please also let us know in advance if your establishment has specific dietary requirements.
For example, Halal.
